TARGETING - Defining Your Own Target (Part-2)

-Take-Action
The next stage is to take action. To take action, do the action stages (tetaskan), focus (channel), and solutif (innovation).

1. Action step
Should we need to learn how to work-she rainwater dripped little by little, from top to bottom as well as sustainable. Manage the learning activities are painstaking and patient, do the small things and continuously until at some time later not be surprised if transformed into an important competence.

2. Action focused
God has provided a channel for rainwater to be a gathering for all the outpouring of rain water (equivalent to the causes of the coming of sustenance in humans). Focus to develop this learning activity so that its strength will double the purse advantage of great competence.

3. Action solutif
No man who never make mistakes. Error and ignorance is not a distinguishing those who are not experts with the experts. What distinguishes it is: a correction, frequency, and motivation. Keep advantage by continuing to innovate to become a leader in its class. Successful action in meaningful learning that we must continue to accumulate ASSET productive lifetime. This asset is a methodology that will help us in solving the problems in the lives of present and future, either for personal or public interest, whether at home, in society, both in the workplace.

As a frame of a reminder, let interim target is always a better direction. Ubaedy (in 2005) asserted that the formula which could improve the quality targets should be better than that already achieved.
